Service Center of  «Neva-MetallTrade, Ltd» renders a range of services connected with production, processing and supply of ready-made sheet articles.

Sheet metal work includes the following operation:

- flattening of sheet products;

- short-blasting to grade SA 2.5 under international ISO 8501 - 1.1988 standard;

- color with inter-operational group coating

manufactured by Joutun Sweden AB or by any

other at the discretion of the customer (Sigma

International, etc.) Coating thickness 0,15-0,20 microns.

At present application of large-sized sheet articles is widely practiced:

- for flat bottom, side and desk sections;

- for decking of the inner bottom of transport ships, which significantly decrease the length of flat butt and groove welds;

- for bent components of plating with smooth deck crowns of one curvature sign, which can be bent with the help of available rollers (sheet length 7000-10000 mm), or on produced resource-saving equipment of MGPS, MGPS, MGPSM and MGPM with rotation-local deforming (sheet length up to16000 mm);

- for high structures (stingers, keels, floors, ribs and beams higher than 1200 mm), which ensures increase of metal recovery by 15-20%;

- for shells of main body of articles 21;

- for plating of floating drilling units and structured of general industrial purpose including big inch lines.
